We started working with Burt 2 years ago. He has been a very positive asset to our business. In 2 years time he has saved us at least $12,000. He has set up a 6 computer operation for us that has had no issues in 2 years. Which has not been our experience before him. He is also quick to respond even though we don\'t pay a monthly fee. I called online for some info about a printer problem and they told me I had multiple viruses and needed a cleanup. I panicked and gave them credit card etc. ....dumb, I know. Then I called Burt and he said it sounded like a scam and to reverse my decision. I did and got my money back. He came over that same afternoon and checked things out and found nothing wrong. Be careful, I almost learned the hard way.

The lesson here is always call Burt FIRST.
